I get to see their pure and bright smiles every day. Working with children has taught me to appreciate and respect every child. Every child is unique, with only characteristics, and no strengths or weaknesses. I love to discover their shining points. It is my pleasure to learn and grow with children!

I hope the students will remember my smile and a teacher who was willing to listen to them, to come into their world, and to give them encouragement and help.

The more challenging things are, the more motivated I will be. I like to keep learning and reflecting on my life, which keeps my mind in a state of thinking and learning. Also, being able to work with a group of friendly and intelligent colleagues inspires me a lot.

My favourite book is Freakonomics written by Steven D. Levitt. It is different from traditional economics books. There are no formulas in the whole book, and no economic terms that are too difficult to understand. The author analyses data through psychology, sociology, and human motivation factors to break the logic that people use intuition and discovers the essence of things.
